Event & Conference Videography
Your event happens once. The video is what keeps working after the room empties: it sells next year’s tickets, thanks your sponsors, briefs the people who couldn’t make it, and gives your marketing team months of content. BMII Films is a Worcester-based video production company that covers conferences, summits, competitions, galas and launches across Boston, Massachusetts and the rest of the country.
Event video built around what you need afterward
Before we talk cameras, we ask what the footage has to do once the event is over. A recap film for next year's registration page needs different coverage than full-length keynote recordings for an on-demand library. Sponsor deliverables need their own shot list. Vertical clips for LinkedIn and Instagram should be planned on the day, not cropped awkwardly later.
So every event starts with a planning call and your run of show. We map the sessions, speakers and moments that matter, agree on deliverables, and build a multi-camera plan sized to your event.
What we cover
Keynotes and panels: clean, well-lit coverage of every speaker, with audio you can use on its own.
Session recording: wide and close angles on main-stage sessions, edited into full-length recordings.
Interviews: short on-site interviews with executives, speakers, attendees and sponsors. These are often the most reused footage from the whole event.
B-roll and atmosphere: arrivals, networking, breakouts, exhibit floors and the small moments that make an event feel alive on screen.
Sponsor and activation coverage: footage of booths, branded moments and partners, so you can deliver on sponsor commitments.
Deliverables
Most event clients choose a mix of a highlight or recap film that captures the energy of the day, full session recordings of keynotes and panels, vertical and square social cutdowns for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, and individual speaker or sponsor clips. We agree on the deliverables and the delivery schedule before the event, so there are no surprises afterward.

Every event is quoted individually. The main factors are hours of coverage, how many cameras and rooms we cover, interviews or live streaming, the deliverables you want, and how quickly you need them. Send us your agenda and we’ll put together a custom quote.

It depends on the room and the program. A single-room event with one speaker at a time needs a lighter setup than a main stage with panels and simultaneous breakouts. We’ll recommend the right coverage on our planning call.
