My name is Ben Mercedes II and I bring over a decade of experience in video production, audio engineering, and podcast production, specializing in crafting compelling digital content. My background includes extensive work in documentary filmmaking, multi-camera editing, audio post-production, and motion graphics—ensuring that every piece of content is both visually and sonically polished.

In addition to my video production expertise, I have hands-on experience in podcasting, having co-hosted and produced over 50 episodes of the Talking in Bits podcast and 20+ episodes of the Be About It podcast. My skills include multi-camera editing, audio engineering, sound optimization, and seamless episode flow—ensuring that every podcast feels polished and engaging.

Podcast Editing

File Submission:

  • Client will provide all RAW video and audio files for each episode.

Editing & Post-Production:

  • Sync and edit video and audio for a polished, professional final product.

  • Remove filler words, dead space, background noise, and distractions for a smooth listening and viewing experience.

  • Add branding elements, lower-thirds, captions, and transitions to enhance engagement.

  • Optimize audio levels for clarity and consistency.

  • Deliver final video in a format suitable for YouTube and other digital platforms.

  • Provide a high-quality audio version optimized for podcast distribution.

Revisions:

  • Up to two rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions available at $ 75 per round.

Delivery Timeline:

  • A 72-hour turnaround is required from the time raw files are received.

  • Final edited video and audio files will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Cost & Payment Terms

  • $400 per episode or $1,200 per month for four episodes up to one hour each.

  • 50% upfront payment required to initiate work.

  • Remaining balance due upon final delivery.
