Videography:

    Production:

    • March 19-21st 2025 Video Production begins at the SARS Conference.

    • On-site filming during the conference, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, and attendee interactions.

    • Interviews with key stakeholders, speakers, and attendees to capture expert insights and testimonials.

    • B-roll footage of conference activities, engagement, and venue atmosphere.

    Post-Production:

    • Editing and producing a final documentary style video report of approximately 15-20 minutes.

    • Incorporation of conference branding, lower-thirds, and relevant graphics to enhance storytelling.

    • Audio enhancements and captioning for accessibility.

    Revisions:

    • Up to three rounds of revisions included; additional revisions available at a fee of $150 per round.

    Delivery:

    • First Draft Film delivered by 3/28

    • Final Video Delivered by 4/3

  • 4x 4K cinema cameras with professional lenses for high-quality video capture.

  • High-fidelity audio recording using a boom microphone, lavalier microphones and an on camera shotgun microphone ensures the audio quality is superb.

Availability & Logistics

  • Filming Schedule: Filming will be conducted on-site during the Species at Risk Conference.

  • Consultation: Pre-production meetings will be held remotely to align on expectations, schedules, and logistics.

  • Coordination: Regular communication with conference organizers to ensure smooth execution.

  • Remote Accessibility: Capability to stream filming sessions for remote stakeholders if needed.
