I’m Ben Mercedes II and I am delighted to present this proposal, highlighting my extensive experience in the video production industry that spans over a decade. My diverse portfolio includes a wide array of projects, from crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with audiences to creating engaging online course content designed to educate and inspire.
My versatility has also led me to work on productions for Netflix, showcasing my ability to deliver high-quality content that meets the standards of leading streaming platforms.

Portfolio
Pre-production:
Our approach begins with pre-production creating a list of locations/objects to be shot in North Hampton. We are planning to capture an assortment of Broll footage including timelapses and drone shots.
Filming is scheduled for March/April 2024, allowing ample time for pre-production preparations. On production days, we will arrive fully equipped with a comprehensive kit, including drones, lighting, cameras, and audio equipment.
Our filming equipment will feature cameras capable of recording in 4K resolution. To ensure data integrity, all footage will be simultaneously recorded onto dual memory cards. Further redundancy measures include immediate backup creation on the same day and an additional backup upon return to the studio.
Post-Production:
Following the completion of capturing Broll on location in North Hampton along with capturing more content in studio, we transition into the post-production phase, where we meticulously craft the final narrative. We will leverage the scripts provided to source voice over talent for the scripts to be laid over the video footage that we have captured. This process involves careful editing and attention to detail to deliver a compelling visual story that resonates with the audience.
Upon completion, the team will receive a review link to provide feedback.
We commit to addressing revision requests promptly, with a turnaround time of 2-4 business days.
We offer two rounds of revisions per project, with additional rounds available at a rate of $250 per round.
This ensures that the final deliverables meet the team's expectations and effectively communicate the conservation efforts showcased in the film.

Social Reel Content
Social Reel content can be captured in studio or on location on a monthly basis. Each option is a three month commitment where we shoot, edit, post the content for you.
