Our proposal outlines a comprehensive plan to capture and deliver engaging content for the upcoming PGA event. Leveraging a proactive approach and a team-driven strategy, we aim to provide comprehensive coverage that captivates audiences and maximizes online engagement.

Coverage Plan:

1. Pre-event Preparation:

   • Arrive several days early to conduct thorough location scouting and capture essential shots, including timelapses, drone footage, and establishing shots.

   • Utilize a team approach to ensure efficient coverage, with dedicated teams assigned to capture B-roll content, panel discussions, interviews, and presentations.

   • Deploy a team of 2-3 professionals equipped with multiple cameras, lights, and recorders to cover various aspects of the event simultaneously.

2. Daily Deliverables:

   • Provide a daily 15-second reel formatted for social media, ensuring timely dissemination of captivating content to engage online audiences.

   • Deliver all Reels within one week of the event, allowing immediate access to highlight moments for audience engagement.

3. Post-event Asset Delivery:

   • All remaining assets, including comprehensive event coverage, interviews, presentations, and additional B-roll footage, will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

   • Reels will be provided in both horizontal and vertical formats to accommodate diverse social media platforms and maximize reach.

Equipment Overview

High-Quality Content Capture:

• All cameras deployed for the event will be equipped to shoot in stunning 4K resolution, guaranteeing visual fidelity and clarity.

Redundant Data Management:

• We prioritize data redundancy to mitigate any risk of data loss during the event.

• Utilizing a dual SD card system, content will be simultaneously recorded onto two memory cards, ensuring immediate backup.

• Throughout each day of the event, content from the memory cards will be promptly backed up onto external hard drives, resulting in a minimum of three copies of all content daily.

• Upon return to our studio, we will create an additional cloud copy and server copy, further bolstering our data redundancy strategy to have a total of five or more copies of all content.

Comprehensive Audio Capture:

• Each camera will be equipped with a microphone to capture clear audio during filming.

• For presentations and panel discussions, we offer the option to provide Lapel mics for speakers, ensuring crisp and direct audio capture.

• Additionally, we can collaborate with the event's sound technicians to capture an additional copy of the audio simultaneously, further enhancing audio quality and reliability.

Enhanced Lighting Setup:

• To ensure optimal visual clarity and subject visibility during interviews, we will utilize LED light panels, guaranteeing that subjects stand out against any backdrop.
