My name is Ben Mercedes II, and since 2014, I’ve specialized in capturing live events, fundraisers, and brand content. Our experience covering everything from intimate 500-person galas to large-scale corporate events has made us highly adaptable and detail-oriented, ensuring seamless execution with no room for error.

Approach
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Videography: Capturing high-energy B-roll footage focusing on guest experience, event atmosphere, and entertainment. Each event will receive:
Three final deliverables per event:
10-15 second social media reel
30-second social media reel
1-minute highlight video for web
Optional Add-ons: Time-lapse footage, guest testimonials, and photography services.
Daily Content: Ability to provide the 15 second edit the same day.
Post-Event Delivery: Edited highlight reels delivered within 7 days, with an option for expedited turnaround upon request. One round of revisions included.
Team & Equipment
Crew: 2-4 videographers depending on event size and coverage needs.
We use Canon/Sony/Panasonic cameras, equipped with multiple lenses, stabilizers, and lighting setups for optimal coverage. All cameras record to dual memory cards for instant backups, and footage is secured to an SSD after each shoot. Content is further backed up in multiple locations (local & cloud) to ensure data security and redundancy.

We will conduct remote pre-event consultation meetings to align on expectations, creative direction, and logistics. During each event, we will coordinate with AJ Events staff to ensure seamless execution and adaptability to any updates.

A La Carte
Time-lapse footage (12 hrs) $600
3x 45 second Guest Testimonials (at Taste of the Food Bank, impromptu interviews of sponsors and attendees on the event floor) $500
AJ Events BTS footage of AJ at event load-in (1 hour of capture) + (2) social media reel - $1000 but complimentary. We look forward to working with you.
